I built BOS because I was tired of seeing small business owners, freelancers, and indie hackers struggle with bloated enterprise project management tools. Most software out there takes hours to set up, forces you to pay massive monthly fees, and leaves you drowning in messy configurations when all you want to do is track your leads and hit your daily goals.
In building this, my biggest challenge was deeply understanding the daily friction point. Working closely with founders and C-level executives, I discovered a painful trend: they spend hours every day managing their software rather than doing actual productive work. They are buried in complex workflows instead of execution.
BOS is designed to be the exact opposite: ultra-simple, blazing fast, and clean. It bridges the gap between catching a new lead and executing the tasks needed to close the deal-without the spreadsheet chaos. You can quickly track your pipeline, organize your tasks, and assign team members to specific action items instantly. It gives teams their time back so they can focus on what actually moves the needle.
