Booth remembers who can't eat what. Drop one link in the group chat and everyone who taps it sees real places with the price, the rating and the distance. Approve as many as you like; a veto needs a written reason with your name on it. Nomi, the AI at the table, suggests spots and checks each one against the group's dietary needs. The night gets decided in its own room. Free, nothing to install, works from any chat.

Hey all, I'm Milind. I built Booth because my friend group would spend hours picking a restaurant and still end up nowhere.

Group chats always go the same way. Forty messages, two links nobody opens, someone asks "wait, is this person vegan or vegetarian?", silence, and then somebody books a steakhouse anyway.

Booth gives the night its own room. You drop one link in the chat, and that's the whole invite. Everyone who taps it sees real places from Google with the price, the rating and how far it is. You approve as many as you like. Plans can have vetoes too, but they need to come with a written reason, and your name goes on it! Nomi, the AI at the table, suggests spots and checks each one against what the group actually can't eat. You set your dietary stuff once and every dinner after that remembers.

Nomi is also on WhatsApp. Send someone the invite and WhatsApp opens with the join code already typed; they send it and they're in, no sign-in screen. From that thread you can put a place forward, approve, veto with a reason, or ask where the vote stands, all by text. She's a 1:1 contact, so your group chat stays yours, and Booth never texts you from any other number. The film doesn't show this side, so there's a still for it in the gallery.

It's free, there's nothing to install, and it works from any group chat. Nomi can be wrong, so her flags tell you to confirm anything serious with the restaurant itself. Three things I'd love your take on: the invite (tap the link while signed out, what do you see?), whether Nomi's verdicts feel trustworthy, and whether texting her feels natural or weird.

Who hunted Booth?

Booth was hunted by Milind Shah. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
