BookSlot connects to your Outlook calendar so people can book time with you instantly — no guest account, no back-and-forth. Once confirmed, it auto-creates a Microsoft Teams meeting — something most scheduling tools can't do natively.
We built BookSlot because scheduling inside Microsoft Teams always meant the same pain — guests signing up for yet another tool, manual calendar checks, and creating Teams meetings by hand after every booking.
So we made it native: connect to Outlook, share a link, and let people book instantly without ever leaving the Microsoft ecosystem or creating an account. Along the way, we realized the real win wasn't just the booking link — it was removing every manual step after it, so we added auto-created Teams meetings and real-time conflict prevention too.
Would love to hear how you currently handle scheduling in Teams/Outlook — happy to answer any questions! 🙌
The native Teams integration is a really nice touch. One thing I'd love to see is a buffer time setting between meetings so you can grab a coffee or catch up on notes without back-to-back calls eating your whole day.
