I built BookSimple because I kept seeing the same frustration everywhere — solo service workers (hairdressers, tattoo artists, personal trainers, nail techs, tutors) all need clients to book appointments, but the existing tools are either way too complex or way too expensive.
Calendly looks corporate and isn't built for paid services. Acuity and Square are made for spas with 10 staff and charge $30–70/month. So most solo workers just… do it over WhatsApp DMs. Back and forth for days to confirm a single haircut.
