One thought I had -- the "structure"/naming on the presents page wasn't immediately apparent for me.
For example, based on the title alone, I wasn't sure what the difference is between "A Token of Love" and "Virtual Cheers." But maybe it is my ex-consultant's brain that needs everything to be MECE.
