Hi everyone! Christian Reed here, founder and CEO of REEKON Tools. REEKON is a Boston based bootstrapped company that has spent the 6 years building digital and Bluetooth connected tools for construction projects.
After shipping 100,000s of these tools to construction projects big and small and hearing from our many customers across teh trades and industrial environments, we are excited today to launch BOLDR MAX, our new field platform optimized for data capture and execution on construction projects.
BOLDR MAX is a series of robust field tools (app and web platform) with MCP/API access to work seamlessly with existing systems to effortlessly capture data from construction projects, organize and label it, and share it with the office in real time.
It’s trained on millions of real measurements, markings, and layouts from residential and commercial job sites that we have gathered over past 4 years nd it works directly with the REEKON measuring and layout tools.
What that looks like on a real job:
→ Measure, mark, and capture in the field, record the measure with your Smart Glasses, and it shows up organized and annotated for the office. No retyping numbers off a 2x4. Export to any program you're already using
→ Web platform and mobile app, with API and MCP access, so it plugs into the workflow you already run instead of making you adopt a new one
→ Image processing that turns whatever you capture on site into something the whole team can actually use (i.e. automatic context and annotations)!
BOLDR MAX comes from years of tradespeople and business owners telling us exactly what slows them down, and it sits on top of hundreds of thousands of REEKON tools in the field and tens of millions of measurements already captured.
This is just the start, we have an entirely new class of tools coming out next year to further expand the capability as well!
