Hi PH! I built Boat Hound because I was shopping for a boat and couldn't believe how opaque the market was.Brokers list the same boat at different prices on different sites. There's no equivalent of Zoopla or AutoTrader's price intelligence for boats.
So I built it. 150+ broker sources, 26,000+ boats tracked, spec-adjusted valuations, and pre purchase reports that tell you exactly what to offer and what to watch for.
The part I'm most proud of: the fault dossier. For every report, we search owner forums and marine publications for known issues with that specific make, model, and year, then synthesise it into a structured checklist with severity ratings and estimated repair costs. No other tool does this for boats.
