I wanted one welcoming place where people can share music, art, stories, comics, and indie games; connect with fans and collaborators; and build a creative identity they control.

honestly, the mix of music, comics, and indie games in one spot is kind of refreshing, not split across five different apps. the profile setup was quick and the community points thing is a nice little nudge to actually explore.
