Hi Product Hunt—I’m Mike Finkelstein, the founder of Blueprint Turnover System.
I have spent approximately 15 years working in residential property management. Rental turnovers repeatedly created the same operational problem: inspection findings, photos, scopes, estimates, approvals, contractor updates, changes, and final quality control lived in different places. The work was manageable; keeping the entire turnover organized was not.
I built Blueprint Turnover around the process I actually use: notice, plan, inspect, scope, authorize, execute, quality control, and rent-ready closeout. It is designed first for independent landlords and small property owners. Contractors do not need accounts, and landlords can keep using the vendors they already trust.
This is intentionally not an all-in-one property-management platform. It focuses deeply on one high-cost, high-stress part of owning rentals.
