I am Bala - creator of Blocktok. I am neurodivergent (adhd/autism) and I created this tool to help me refocus when I get lost doomscrolling on youtube, X, etc., (which tends to happen quite often). It is completely free to install and use. Hope this product helps save you save some time from doom scrolling and bring back focus to your life.
