Blind hiring tools exist, but they are expensive, enterprise-only, and require long procurement cycles. Small and mid-size HR teams get left out.

What makes it different: instead of just blacking everything out, our generalisation feature replaces "University of Oxford" with "Russell Group University" so recruiters still see context without bias. End-to-end encrypted sharing means the redacted file never touches our servers unencrypted.
