Why I Built BizRevolt
I’ve always been more comfortable building things than talking about them.
I’m an engineer by background, so naturally, when I saw a business struggling, my first instinct was to think: *there has to be a better system for this.*
But the more businesses I spoke to, the more I realized the problem wasn’t a lack of software.
There was **too much software that didn’t understand the business.**
I watched family-run businesses manage customers through WhatsApp, keep important numbers in spreadsheets, chase payments through phone calls, and coordinate entire operations through a mix of notebooks, memory, and half a dozen disconnected tools.
And these weren’t businesses that needed another complicated dashboard.
They needed software that simply **worked the way they worked.**
That idea became BizRevolt.
I started building it with a simple belief: **business software shouldn't force people to change how they run their business just to fit the software. The software should adapt to them.**
Today, most of my days are spent on the keyboard — designing, building, breaking things, and building them again.
The rest of my time is spent listening.
I talk to business owners, operators, managers, and teams about what actually happens after the doors open. Not what their process looks like in a presentation. Not what a software demo assumes. **What really happens.**
The missed follow-up.
The unpaid invoice.
The spreadsheet nobody wants to maintain.
The customer who called three times.
The information sitting in someone's phone.
The task that exists only because *“that's how we've always done it.”*
Those conversations shape what we build.
BizRevolt is still early, and there is a lot left to build. But that's exactly what makes this stage exciting.
We're not trying to build software for a slide deck.
We're building it for the people who actually have to run the business every day.
