What I learned building this:
1. Your first version will be ugly. Ship it anyway. I rewrote the entire frontend 28 times.
2. API costs matter more than hosting costs. My monthly server bill is Β£5. My AI bill is much higher.
3. Scarcity works even when itβs real. βOnly 1 availableβ converts better than any discount code.
4. The hardest part isnβt building. Itβs getting the strangers to believe in what youβve built.
