I built Bizafy because replying to Google reviews is one of those things every business knows they should do — but it’s easy to fall behind.
Most tools require you to constantly log in and manage things manually. I wanted something different:

👉 Let it run in the background
👉 Only step in when needed (via email)
The biggest challenge was getting access to the Google Business Profile API, but once that was solved, the focus was making the experience as simple and hands-off as possible.
