BindNotes brings connected-note workflows to handwriting. Draw naturally with Apple Pencil, lasso any idea, and turn it into a link to a new or existing page. Add headers for an automatic outline, so your notebook becomes a structured web of handwritten thoughts.
Hi Product Hunt,
One day I caught myself wondering: we live in the future, so why do digital handwritten notes still feel so limited?
Paper is honestly hard to beat. It is durable, pleasant, direct, and it can last forever. But most digital note-taking apps still feel like long paper: pages in a row, maybe an endless canvas, but not a fundamentally better way to think.
I started imagining a piece of paper where you could select a word, sketch, equation, or diagram, and it could become a doorway into another page. Not a folder. Not a rigid hierarchy. Just handwriting that can go deeper.
That became BindNotes.
It is an experiment in making handwritten notes work more like the internet: pages connected by links, ideas that can branch, and notebooks that are not limited by linear structure. You write naturally with Apple Pencil, lasso any idea, link it to another page, and keep exploring.
This is my first attempt at a bigger vision: natural note-taking, extended by the infinite visuals and compute of iPad.
Join me on the journey toward better digital note-taking and thinking.
