Bilo scans a receipt and turns it into a categorized, expense-ready record in seconds. Built for self-employed people and employees who need to track expenses without spreadsheets or a shoebox of paper. Snap a photo, Bilo reads the amount, date, and category automatically, then organizes everything so it's ready whenever you need it, tax time or expense reports. No manual entry, no messy folders, just a clean record of every expense.
I built Bilo because I kept losing receipts in my car and my bag, then scrambling to reconstruct my expenses whenever I needed them, for taxes or expense reports. Every app I tried was either overbuilt for accounting teams or too generic to actually save time.
Bilo scans a receipt, pulls out the amount, date, and category automatically, and files it so it's ready to go without you touching a spreadsheet. It started as a scanner for myself, then I realized every freelancer and self-employed person I know has the same problem.
Would love your feedback, especially on what other categories or export formats would make this useful for how you track your own expenses.
