You can think of Bika.ai as a hybrid of GenAI Zapier and billion-row Airtable.

- Continuously send bulk outreach emails automatically
- Fetch support emails via IMAP, write data and assign tasks.
- Automatically respond to customer tickets

Why we build it?
Bika.ai began with a straightforward idea at work.
We were responsible for a company's digital transformation and dealt with numerous spreadsheets daily.
Then, we needed to convert them into "database software systems."
This process was complicated and inefficient.
Imagine this: in real business processes, a lot of work is done using spreadsheet and database systems.
What if we could make complex data management systems as easy to use as spreadsheet? And what if we added an AI automation assistant that works with spreadsheet?
This could greatly benefit people and society!
It could give a billion people technology skills and stronger tools to achieve their dreams, ultimately push human beings forward.
That’s why we develop Bika.ai, a no-code AI automation database.
It enables people to automate their work intelligently, build data systems with ease, and includes powerful AI workflow automation to do the work for them.
