Welcome to Biga! (pronounced `bee-ga`) Let's get started... The core function is you are served a random feed of recipes sourced from trusted, publicly available cooking websites from across the web. Some you'll scroll past, some will look good and you'll save for later, some will introduce a new technique to something you've made before and is worth trying, and some will inspire. Cooking is all about improvisation - especially getting day-to-day meals on the table.
You may come across a recipe for chicken enchiladas - ""That looks really good... I don't have chicken... but I do have leftover black beans... I have the tortillas and some open bags of shredded cheese... I had saved that other recipe for a quick red enchilada sauce using canned tomatoes and pantry spices... this is what I can make tonight."""
Biga is designed to be used anytime. If you're going to sit and scroll on your phone to pass time during a commute, in a waiting room, etc - you might as well save some recipes and pick up some new cooking tricks rather than consume mostly useless content on social media.
