We built it because data teams keep getting stuck between two options: managed ETL SaaS that's fast to start but hits a ceiling fast — custom logic gets bolted on awkwardly, you don't control where your data transits, and pricing scales with volume in ways that hurt — or rolling your own, which means gluing together consumers, workers, retry queues, and monitoring before you've moved a single byte of real data. ETLFunnel sits in between: a self-hosted runtime that handles connection management, scheduling, parallelism, and failure handling, while every piece of business logic stays as Go code you write, version, and own.
