I'm Gary, solo builder of BestTrader. I have a full-time day job — I don't have 2-3 hours a day to watch finance YouTubers, and definitely don't have the bandwidth to mentally track a dozen tickers across a dozen channels during trading hours. But I still wanted to know what these creators were actually calling, without babysitting the market all day.
What really got to me though: every creator loves reminding me about the one call they nailed. Almost none of them go back and say "Hey, I was wrong about that one." So when I followed one of their calls, bought in, and watched the stock go the other way — while the YouTuber never once admitted they'd been wrong — that was the last straw.
That's the reason I built BestTrader. It watches Chinese-language finance YouTubers on my behalf, pulls out every actual buy/sell/price-target call they make, and backtests each one against real market data — no cherry-picking, wins and losses both. It also emails me the moment a price level someone flagged actually hits, and shows me when multiple creators start buying the same stock at once — which, after using this myself for a while, turned out to be a way better signal than any single person's take.
Built this mostly for people like me: full-time job, still want market exposure without going full into index funds, and want to hold the Youtubers accountable.
