Hey Everyone, 👋🏼 I created BentoHub for all the developers out there with a GitHub account. Why? - I wasn't satisfied with my GitHub profile from the day I created it. - I tried a few tools. Some worked, some didn't. So, I decided to build my own. I faced many challenges along the way. With my existing knowledge, I built the first version of the app, but it had major drawbacks. Now, I've updated it, and version 2 is all set for you to use. So go ahead, try it out, and don't forget to support it. Here is more about me Thank you. 🙏🏼

Congratulations on the launch, This looks useful, I will try it out for my profile.

The idea is good, but I tried creating a profile for my GitHub, and the application has a poor user experience. When I tried to enter my portfolio link, it didn't let me enter the complete URL, as there is a character limit. Similarly, when I tried to add a skill like 'Frontend Development,' I couldn't add it due to the same issue. Please try to improve this aspect. Keep it up!

@amit_tambulkar, congratulations on the launch! Looking forward to trying it out!

hey Amit, it's amazing to find traction for building something cool. 200+ votes is a great achievement. Though do you have some initial ideas about monetizing this, more specifically- who exactly would be a paying target audience segment?

Great! Congrats @amit_tambulkar and team on your launch 🚀🚀 Meanwhile, the input bar for portfolio or personal site allows for very few characters. I was going to put in my Linkedin profile url: 'www.linkedin.com/in/jeremiahomueti/' but it could only contain 'www.linkedin.com/' That aside, kudos guys! 👍🏾

Cool idea. Proof that we do not always need "rocket science" to make good products. Kudos to you @amit_tambulkar 👏🏼

It looks great. I'd really appreciate support for dark mode and closer integration with GitHub, so I can select existing projects and import personal info without having to input everything manually.

BentoHub is a valuable addition to any developer's toolkit, offering a unique and visually appealing way to enhance your online presence on GitHub. Congratulations on the launch!

Congrats on launching BentoHub! Your dedication to improving GitHub profiles is inspiring—can't wait to see how it helps developers!

This is a very cool idea. Have you considered also generating a dark-mode variant? GitHub supports switching images depending on the context. You can use the picture and source element for it, they go over it in the "Adding an image to suit your visitors." I believe this could be a great feature to consider for your app. 🙂

This is cool, @amit_tambulkar! I'd suggest offering more social links options than just X/Twitter (eg. LinkedIn, Dev.to etc.) on their BentoHub/GitHub profile page. Good luck!

Congrats on launch @amit_tambulkar bentohub is a good product. I need it . I hope u will succes with the product

@amit_tambulkar BentoHub offers a unique way to personalize GitHub profiles, and the grid design is visually appealing. It would be even better if users could customize the grid's color scheme or style to match their personal branding.

Is there any integration with other GitHub features or tools, like repositories, followers, or activity stats? Congratulations on the launch!
