Why I built it: most of us prepare for interviews by reading lists of questions and rehearsing answers in our heads. Then the real thing starts, the interviewer asks one follow-up, and the polished answer falls apart. Answers that sound great in your head rarely survive being said out loud for the first time.
I wanted somewhere to have that first, slightly awkward conversation before it counts. So I built Ava, an AI interviewer you actually talk to.
How it works:

2. Ava plays the hiring manager for that role and interviews you by voice
3. She reacts to what you say and asks real follow-ups, not a fixed script

How it evolved: the first version asked generic questions and gave generic feedback. The big change came when Ava started reading the actual job post and following up on your specific answers. That's when practice sessions started to feel like the real thing.
