I'm a solo dev, and BedLock started from a personal problem: I'd reach for my phone the second I woke up and lose the whole morning to scrolling before I'd even gotten out of bed.
Willpower didn't fix it. So I built something that doesn't rely on willpower at all — it just adds friction.
Here's how it works: you choose which apps to lock. When you wake up, those apps stay locked until you make your bed and snap a photo. AI verifies it in seconds, and your day unlocks. No made bed, no access.
The idea is simple — own your morning, and you own your day. One small action gets you off the screen and into the day instead of disappearing into it.
