Queue replaces the ticket roll and the crowded waiting room. Customers scan your QR poster or open a link, join the line from their phone, and watch their place move. They come back when their turn is close. Staff run everything from one screen: call, complete, set aside, add walk-ins. Two counters or eight, they all serve the same line, so nobody takes a second ticket. Any TV or tablet becomes the waiting room screen. No app for customers, no account either. Free for 15 days.
I built this for small clinics and shops in the Philippines where the line is a plastic chair and a ticket roll.
The customer scans a QR poster, joins from their phone, and can go wait somewhere else. They see who is being served and roughly how long. Staff call the next number from one screen, and any TV in the room shows what is now serving.
One thing I got wrong at first: I built one queue per window. Real counters do not work that way, so now every window serves the same line and nobody has to guess which one is moving faster.

Who hunted Queue by BearLog?
Queue by BearLog was hunted by John Paolo Bautista. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
