I built BeachFinder because every beach trip used to be a guessing game: is the water warm enough? Will it be too windy? Is this spot worth the drive?
Three signals made the biggest difference: live sea temperature, wind and swell for surfers, and water-quality alerts. I couldn't find an app that combined them globally, so I started building one.
Today BeachFinder covers 184,000+ beaches, lakes and swimming spots in Europe, the US and beyond. Free on iOS, Apple Watch and Android, with optional Premium (forecasts, alerts, unlimited favorites).
