Hey Product Hunt! I'm Conor, solo developer behind BE FORMA.
I've trained through a lot of different lives, long hours on manual labour jobs, the chaos of being a student with no time or money, the grind of corporate hours with a desk instead of a gym floor. Every version of me needed something different from a fitness app, and none of them ever quite fit.
That's the problem with most fitness apps. They either overcomplicate things with a hundred features nobody uses, or hand everyone the same generic plan regardless of their schedule, their job, their equipment, or where they're starting from.
BE FORMA adapts to you. It builds your workout plan around your actual training background, lifestyle, and equipment (full gym, home gym, or bodyweight only), gives you in-app coaching when you need guidance, and tracks nutrition including food photo logging, all with a clean, minimal design.
