We're excited to introduce Bayaan.
We kept running into the same problem while watching teams adopt AI: the tools could generate great-sounding answers, but the moment someone asked "where did this number come from," things got shaky. Business data is scattered across reports, databases, documents, and spreadsheets, and general-purpose AI tools don't have a good answer for tracing a claim back to its source.
That's what Bayaan is built for. It's a governed AI workspace where teams can:
Ask questions in plain English about their business data
Get answers with source citations
Turn those answers into PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and documents
Apply role-based access so people only see what they're allowed to see
Keep an audit trail across every interaction
We started with Commercial Real Estate, where teams need fast answers about leases, occupancy, financial performance, and portfolio operations, and can't afford to guess.
One of our favorite things to watch is someone type "which leases expire in the next 6 months?" and walk away with a board presentation a few minutes later instead of a few hours later.
Bayaan isn't another chatbot. It's for teams that need to check an AI's work before they act on it, and want that to be easy rather than a chore.
