I'm Fasil, a solo founder. I built baseSTR after watching property managers I know spend 4 to 8 hours every month wrestling with spreadsheets just to figure out what they owed their owners.
The core loop is dead simple:
1. Upload the CSV export from any booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Hostfully, Guesty, Lodgify, Hostaway). Our AI maps any format.
2. Every fee gets split automatically: management commission, cleaning, channel fees, processing fees, occupancy tax.
3. Hit "generate" and a branded PDF owner statement is ready to send.
