We're excited to share a new feature we have always wished existed -- Image Annotations. As builders, we have long sought a "single source of truth" for product specs and PRDs, and we built Balsa to be that tool. With Image Annotations, we're addressing the pain point of wanting to comment on specific functionality within UI mockups. It's a heavily used capability of Figma, but no document tools supported this, until now. :)
Give Balsa a try for your next design doc or PRD -- and when it comes time to upload mockups, use our Image Annotations to give your team context on specific bits of each mockup. It's super quick, lightweight, and brings added clarity that will help you ship faster.
