Hi fellow balding brothers !
I noticed hair fall for the first time when i was 14 yrs of age. It gradually increased and my temples hairline receded quite a bit during college.
My grandfather and great grandfather was bald, so i knew this was something that would come one day. Its one thing to know this is going to happen and its completely different to experience it. My confidence crumbled because of it and i shrank and reduced social interaction as a result.
This is something that's not talked openly about a lot, but guys are equally, if not more, affected by hair loss. Its a societal thing that we collectively believe in somehow and feel we need to have hair to be good/successful in life.
That's why i am building Bald & Winning to help balding men be more confident and defeat their insecurities and live at their full potential.
The way we help them are through :
1. Mental workouts - Specific mental workouts like Thought reframe, breathing calmness, journaling wins etc help them see their patterns and move away from them
2. Challenges - Challenges designed for balding men to be fearless and get out of their comfort zone and improve themselves
3. Learn - Understand about their situation, how their mind decieves them and be fearless.
4. Community and Daily Check-ins - Track progress and share with the community to improve every day.
