Hello Product Hunt.
We first launched Babel42 as a social listening tool. Almost every founder conversation we had afterwards ended up at the same question: when someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini for a recommendation in my category, do I come up, and if I do, do I win?
So we built AI Visibility, and it is now the main product.
Babel42 sends synthetic AI buyers into ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. They shop your category using the questions your own site already ranks for in Google, with the real monthly search volumes behind them, and they shop through to a decision instead of stopping at a single prompt.
What comes back is a win rate, not just an appearance rate. You see where you were recommended, where you were shortlisted and then dropped, the sentence that lost you the recommendation, which rival was picked instead, and which sources the assistant read before it answered. Each run is compared with the last, with a ranked list of what to change next.
Social listening is still here as a second product, and it is a good part of where those AI answers come from in the first place.
