Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Awesome Backgrounds because I wanted the old bouncing-DVD-logo screensaver effect for a website, and every existing option was either a heavy animation library or something that phoned home to a server. This doesn't do either: pick emoji, Font Awesome icons, Lucide icons, or upload your own images, watch them bounce live in the preview, then copy one script tag and paste it onto any page you control. Nothing is ever uploaded anywhere — it runs entirely in your own browser and on your own page.
It's part of Easy Life Agents, a set of local-first tools I'm building, and Awesome Backgrounds itself is completely free with no sign-up. Would love to hear what you think, and what else you'd want it to do.
