I built Avrue after repeatedly seeing the same problem: the final approval was visible, but the work needed to reach it was scattered across forms, email threads, spreadsheets, reminders, and individual inboxes.
The decision was not the real problem. The handoffs were.
Avrue gives approval-heavy teams one place to build the form, define who owns each stage, set turnaround targets, request missing information, consult another officer without losing decision authority, and preserve the complete history.
Applicants see what is happening and what they need to provide. Officers see urgency, ownership, remarks, transfers, and the exact next action. Administrators can create forms and workflows, manage reusable master data, and test the complete journey as every participant before publishing.
We are beginning with manufacturers, public-sector teams, procurement functions, and other organizations where approvals are operational work—not just a checkbox.
