@Avallon Love this direction, claims workflows are one of those areas everyone knows are broken but few tackle well. Curious though: what part of the claims process has been the hardest to automate reliably? Fraud checks? Document parsing? Or the back-and-forth with adjusters? Always interesting to see where the real breakthroughs happen.
