AutographJS
Drop-in signature pad for React, Vue, and vanilla JS
AutographJS is an open-source signature framework for the web. Capture smooth handwritten signatures with native React, Vue, and Svelte bindings — or use it standalone with vanilla JS. Tiny bundle, TypeScript-first, zero dependencies. Smooth Bézier rendering, full touch + Apple Pencil pressure support, SSR-safe. Export signatures to PNG, SVG, or replayable JSON. MIT licensed.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
We're studio DevFuture, maker of AutographJS.
A while back I needed signature capture in a side project. I grabbed Signature Pad — and ended up writing 80 lines of glue code just to make it play nicely with React state, TypeScript, and SSR. The library is great, but it was built in a different era of the web.
So I built AutographJS — same idea (smooth canvas signatures with Bézier interpolation), but rethought for how we actually write frontend code in 2026:
→ First-class React, Vue, and Svelte components (not wrappers)
→ Fully typed, ESM + tree-shakeable, ~XkB gzipped
→ SSR-safe, no window references at import time
→ Pointer Events native (mouse + touch + Apple Pencil pressure)
→ Export to PNG, SVG, and replayable JSON
→ MIT licensed, zero dependencies

I'd love feedback, especially:
1. What signature use case are you building? (e-sign, delivery confirmation, art tool, something else?)
2. Any framework or feature you wish existed but doesn't?
I'll be here all day answering everything. 🙏
