I built Aurko because I noticed a massive infrastructure bottleneck: the world is moving toward autonomous AI agents, but running them can quickly bankrupt a startup. When an agent loops 50 times to solve a task, it constantly passes the same structural prompts and formatting rules, racking up massive token bills and crippling latency.
I wanted to build an infrastructure layer that solves this close to the metal. Aurko sits as an OpenAI-compatible proxy that sanitizes, tokenizes, and checks incoming strings against a high-speed Redis cache.
