Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm James, founder of Auralog.
Auralog is a logging platform built for the way developers actually work in 2026: half-human, half-agent. You ship logs from your app (JS, Python, Java SDKs available with more on the way), and instead of staring at a dashboard at 2am, you ask your preferred AI tool what happened.
Two things make it different:
1. MCP-native. Auralog ships an MCP server, so Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and any other MCP-aware agent can search your logs, inspect metadata, follow trace IDs, and summarize incidents, without you copy-pasting a single stack trace.
2. An AI on-call engineer. When errors land in production, Auralog can wake up Claude or Codex as on-call: it triages the issue, identifies the likely root cause, and (optionally) opens a fix PR against your repo.
Pricing: free to start, with paid tiers based on log volume. No per-seat fees. The auto-eval and auto-fix features run on your own Anthropic or Open AI API key (BYOK), so inference costs go straight to Anthropic or Open AI and you never get a surprise AI bill from Auralog.
I've been dogfooding it on my own side projects for months. It's the tool I wished existed every time I was three terminals deep tailing logs and grepping for a customer ID.
Free to try, MCP setup is one line, SDKs are open-source. Would love feedback, especially from people who've wired up MCP servers to their own stacks. AMA in the comments 🙏

Who hunted Auralog?
Auralog was hunted by James Thomas. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
