I built AuditPulse because of a problem I kept hitting on client websites: something changes, and nobody knows who did it or when. A plugin gets switched off, a page gets edited, or a new admin account appears, and there's no record of any of it.
AuditPulse keeps that record for you:
Logins, logouts and failed login attempts (with IP)
Posts and pages created, edited or deleted
Plugins installed, activated, deactivated or removed
New users and role changes
Site URL, permalink and core settings changes
Media uploads, theme switches and WooCommerce order/product changes
Custom alert rules by email or Slack
It's completely free. No key, no signup, nothing locked. Your logs stay in your own WordPress database and are not sent anywhere.
