Audience Loop is an AI workspace that turns messy contact lists into clean, enriched, always-updating audiences you can launch campaigns on. Bring in data from your CRM, events, social, Shopify, website, and spreadsheets. AI agents clean, dedupe, enrich, and match your records, then keeps audiences live and synced to Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email, TTD, and more with a built-in learning loop. No complex CDP, no data wrangling just better audiences and campaigns that perform.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Abhi here, founder of iCustomer and maker of Audience Loop.
We built Audience Loop after seeing the same mess everywhere:
teams obsess over creatives, while the audience lists live in spreadsheets and CRMs—slow to clean, hard to segment, and still underperforming once you upload them into campaign tools or expensive ad platforms.
What it is
Think of Audience Loop as your AI audience team in a spreadsheet. It pulls your contacts together, enriches them, resolves and normalizes data, and keeps audiences live while you plan and run campaigns. No enterprise CDP or data team required.
⚡ Build faster
Import from HubSpot, CRM, Google Sheets, CSVs, mobile contacts, events, website visitors, Shopify, or webhooks. Or use lookalikes when you don’t have a perfect seed list.
🧠 Enrich with AI
AI agents clean, normalize, enrich, validate emails, and dedupe—with column-level prompt controls when you want custom rules, fields, or stricter standards.
🎯 Match & activate
Resolve and match identities, then sync directly to LinkedIn, Meta, and Google today (TikTok, Reddit and others on the way), or export a clean CSV. Use it for one-off runs or multi-run workflows that match how your team actually operates.
🔁 Always-on loop
Check in-app analytics (match rates, list quality, performance), tweak inputs or prompts, then re-enrich and re-sync on demand. Agents pull from live signals and partner data, so enrichment isn’t stuck on stale databases.
Built for
Growth / performance marketers
Marketing Ops / RevOps
Agencies managing multi-channel paid campaigns

We’ve got a free plan with credit-based usage, so you can test it on a real audience without a heavy lift.

Congrats on the launch! The AI enrichment inside a spreadsheet-like interface feels very natural, smart approach.
I love how you made filling the blanks in the CSV with one button! Me and my team spent hunderts of hours of preparing detailed lists for linkedin outreach. Great job @abhi_yadav01 👏🏻
How do you actually fill in emails? You find the format of emails for this company and make them up or do you actually find emails from public sources? And what's the accuracy rate of emails? Thanks.
Hi Abhi!
Congratulations on your products launch. It's an interesting product.
I'm responsible for the email marketing of our product. It includes running transactional, trigger-based, and marketing emails. I have a list of 5000+ users and I want my emails campaigns to work better. I'm wondering how your product could be useful for me?
This looks super useful! The pain of dealing with messy contact lists before running campaigns is so real. Excited to check out how the AI agents handle the cleanup and enrichment. Congrats on the launch!
I could see how our tool could benefit from iCustomer.ai’s automated customer-insight workflows, and I’m thinking this might be worth a closer look, so I’ll go check it out to explore the synergy.
This solves a real pain point with audience management. The csv export to LinkedIn/Meta sounds super useful. Is there a limit on how many contacts the free plan can handle?
Solid concept. I’m curious how well Audience Loop keeps audience data fresh over time. Does the enrichment actually improve with repeated runs, or is it mostly a one-time cleanup?
Terrific integration with @HubSpot with Audience Loop. Makes it really easy to assemble, enrich, and activate audiences — no GTM engineer required. 😀
This is such a smart angle because everyone obsesses over creatives and targeting, but the audience list itself is usually the most chaotic part of the whole campaign. Cleaning, deduping, and enriching before sending to Meta/Google feels like an instant performance unlock.
How does Audience Loop handle conflicting or incomplete records when pulling from multiple sources (CRM + events + Shopify + sheets)? Do you merge based on confidence scores, or does the user choose the rules?
Living in CSV hell as a one-person growth team. If this lifts match rates and keeps lists synced, I’m curious. How strict can the dedupe rules get? I’ve got weird cases: Shopify emails vs FB logins. Free plan looks handy — I’ll toss a small list in.
Super interesting, but real talk: every CDP-lite tool dies at execution. How are you ensuring enrichment stays accurate beyond the first sync?
Hey team! It sounds great. Can I start from 0 leads? I mean, if a company doesn’t have any lead yet, can it be useful too?
Nice launch! Always painful to migrate contacts from one place to another - how does Audience Loop solve this?
I liked the onboarding, testing it already. Looking forward to see how it works with Tiktok. Good Luck with the launch!
I work in CRO, and Audience Loop immediately clicked for me because it solves a problem we deal with every single week — inconsistent data, low match rates, and audience files that take forever to prepare before a campaign can even start.
I ran two real segments through it (existing customers + webinar leads), and what stood out was how fast it cleaned, enriched, and normalized everything. The identity resolution actually made a difference too — our matched audience sizes on Meta and Google were noticeably higher after a single enrichment pass.
What I appreciate most is the “loop” part. Being able to tweak prompts, re-enrich, and instantly re-sync without rebuilding the audience saves so much time. It feels like the kind of workflow CRO and growth teams should’ve had years ago.
If you’re constantly iterating on segments for experiments or paid campaigns, this is 100% worth trying.
Really cool launch! Audience Loop’s concept of using AI agents to dedupe, enrich, and normalize data is very compelling.
I wasn’t expecting to like the analytics page as much as I did. Seeing match rates, enrichment lift, and list quality metrics in one place made it clear what was actually improving. It encouraged me to keep tweaking inputs — and the results genuinely got better after every loop.
