I built ATSGrader because every "free" resume checker I tried held the results hostage: give us your email, start a trial, pay $50/month.
It's different by design:
• The scan is genuinely free — score, 5-category breakdown, top findings, keyword preview. No signup, no email.
• Privacy is architecture, not a promise: the whole analysis engine runs 100% client-side, so your resume never leaves your browser (open the Network tab — zero resume bytes go out).
• Paste the job post and it shows your exact missing keywords — the strongest factor you actually control.
• Rule-based, not an LLM wrapper: auditable, instant, and it can't hallucinate findings. The methodology + sources are a public page — and I removed the industry's favourite "75% of resumes are auto-rejected" stat because I couldn't source it (it traces to a 2012 vendor sales pitch).
• The full report is a one-time $9. No subscription, ever.
