Hey Caroline, I really like the product. Traditionally CRM tools are pretty expensive and open-sourced CRM is definitely one of the best solutions for it. For startups like myself, I think this is something I would very much consider using, but I can see how for more established enterprises the UI could look slightly old, therefore loses out to some of the more modern CRM solutions. If you could redesign the UI to make it as modern and as simplistic as possible, I am really sure it has potential to disrupt the space
