I'm the founder of Atenda, and honestly my hands are a little shaky posting this — it's been a long road to get here.
The idea started simply. I kept meeting salon and barbershop owners who were brilliant at their craft but buried under spreadsheets, paper diaries and software that felt like it was built to squeeze them rather than help them. So I decided to build the opposite of all that.
