I’m thrilled to share AssignClear with you today.
As I watched teachers manage their classes, I noticed a huge, invisible time-sink: chasing down missing assignments and managing late work.
Traditional LMS platforms and gradebooks are great at showing what is missing (often in a stressful red color!), but they don’t help students get back on track. When a student has 5+ late items, they freeze. Meanwhile, teachers spend their precious prep time drafting the same parent update emails over and over.
We built AssignClear to be a quick, lightweight intervention layer that sits beside existing gradebooks. It helps teachers:
1️⃣ Create bite-sized "next 3 tasks" priority recovery lists for students so they don't get overwhelmed.
2️⃣ Automatically generate copy-paste parent update emails showing exact missing work.
3️⃣ Log absent vs. late submissions cleanly without messy workarounds.
