I'm Ondřej, a solo developer from Czechia. I built Assetli because I was tired of choosing between two bad options: finance apps that need to connect to my bank (security risk I wasn't comfortable with) or spreadsheets that got messy fast.
Assetli tracks everything — bank accounts, stocks & crypto, real estate, vehicles, even valuables — without forcing a bank connection. You import via CSV/PDF and stay in full control of your data.
The part I'm most excited to share today: Assetli connects directly to Claude or ChatGPT via MCP. Your AI assistant can read your real financial data and even update it — all inside your own AI chat, which means we never see those conversations. It's the closest thing to a personal CFO I've been able to build.
