Hi everyone 👋 I’m Tom, founder of AssetLab.
I’ve spent my career in facilities and asset management, and I kept seeing the same choice: clunky enterprise systems nobody wanted to use, or spreadsheets that broke as the portfolio grew.
So we built AssetLab, an EAM and CMMS that maintenance teams actually enjoy using. It covers work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, capital planning and native mobile apps, and it’s AI-ready through MCP.
Since going live in January, our customers have put over $700M in assets on AssetLab.
I’d love your feedback: what’s the most painful part of how you track maintenance today?
Thanks for checking us out! 🙏
