ASOGrade
App Store keyword research built on Apple Search Ads data
ASOGrade scores App Store keywords two ways: real search demand from Apple Search Ads, and how hard each keyword is to rank for in each of the 109 storefronts. Paste a competitor's link to read their keyword set. $14.99 a month.
Hi Product Hunt,
I build iOS apps. Picking what goes in the title, subtitle and keyword field came down to guessing, and the tools that could tell me otherwise start at $79 a month and bundle rank tracking and campaign reporting I was never going to open.
ASOGrade does the research pass and stops there.
Popularity comes from Apple Search Ads, the same number advertisers bid against, so it follows what people type rather than where an app sits on a chart. Difficulty comes from the apps ranking for that term in that storefront, and it moves daily. You check 100 keywords at a time and can open the 50 apps sitting behind any one of them.
Every storefront gets scored on its own. A term that is hopeless in the US is often wide open in Brazil, and one translated list hides that.
Paste a competitor's App Store link and you get their whole keyword set, scored the same way as yours.
$14.99 a month or $99 a year. There is no free tier yet, and I would rather say so here than have you find out at the checkout.
Ask me anything about how the difficulty score is put together.
