Hey PH 👋 Julian here, one of the founders of Asa.
We launched here before as a workplace management platform — time tracking, tasks, team wellness. The feedback we kept getting was the same thing: "We always find out a project is in trouble too late."
So we built Project Intelligence.
Asa now continuously monitors your active projects for signals — blockers, stale work, missed check-ins, health score drops. It doesn't wait for you to pull a report. It surfaces what needs attention automatically in the Pulse tab, with a full signal timeline so you can see how a project got to where it is.
But the part we're most proud of: you can resolve blockers without ever opening the app. Ask SuperAsa in Slack, Teams, Telegram, or WhatsApp — "what's blocking the Acme project?" — and resolve it right there in the thread. The health score updates instantly.
That closed loop — AI detects the problem, you fix it in the tool you're already in — is what makes this different from a dashboard that just shows you status.
