Our team previously tried adding some quiz bots and speech tracking bots in the work group chat, which generated a scoreboard for everyone. The colleagues also had a lot of fun with it.
I think you could consider integrating this system with the performance system, and adding more gamified product designs, it should be a lot of fun!
