👋I'm the founder of ArixHive, a venture built by Arix Labs.
What inspired us to build this?
Hiring is fundamentally broken. On average, 75% of applicants never hear back from employers, while businesses face a staggering $5,475 average cost-per-hire. At the same time, traditional cross-border payments drag down global talent with a 6.36% average remittance cost. We wanted to collapse these unnecessary intermediaries and friction points.
The problem we are solving:
We are replacing the endless "post-and-wait" silent application cycle with an instant, automated ecosystem. ArixHive uses AI to handle screening, matching, and verification. Once matched, a smart contract securely holds the funds in escrow per task, providing total transparency from start to finish. Work gets verified, and payment settles automatically on-chain via stablecoins.
How our approach evolved:
We wanted to prove this isn't just a design mockup. We have already deployed a live contract on the Polygon Amoy testnet, meaning our core escrow and automation mechanics are fully verifiable right now.We are currently building toward our mainnet launch and are gathering early proof of market demand for our Hub71 application.
