Hey Product Hunt 👋

I'm Erkang, one of the people behind Ariso. We are building the AI bar raiser for your team, and the operating system that shapes the future of work. 🚀

We built Ari around something I learned slowly across engineering, consulting, leading teams, and now building a company:

The hardest thing about work isn’t the work.

It’s the work around it: keeping decisions from disappearing into a black box, surfacing risks early, staying clear on priorities, following through, and making sure the right people know what changed and what needs attention. As work gets more complex, that coordination layer becomes the work.

Amazon and Uber use "bar raisers" to help maintain and raise the standards across the company. Ari brings that to you, automated into the daily flow of work. It connects projects, meetings, follow-ups, priorities, contacts, strategy, management, reflections, and coaching, then helps your team run the loop:

  • Track what is happening, including commitments, decisions, tasks, and risks

  • Report what changed and what needs attention, without endless status chasing

  • Align people and priorities before work drifts

  • Measure follow-through and reflect on whether it worked

It's working nonstop behind the scenes. It's got your back.

Here's my personal experience with Ari:

One time my Ari warned me about a phishing email that I forwarded to a team member (I'm a 20+ year cybersecurity veteran). Another time it help me navigate a difficult conversation with my staff. Everyday, Ari helps me remember what happened so I don't have to -- I can just ask her whenever I need. Over time, it helps me reflect so I can improve as a leader and grow my business. It has become the second brain and the support system for me, my team, my company.

It's not here to replace or to judge. It's here to give you more time and mental space for the work you are uniquely good at, while helping the team take on work that used to feel too costly to coordinate.

We’re early, building in public, and listening closely. Glad to have you here.

Oh btw, my team and I have built and defended the most sophisticated cybersecurity systems before, and we've built that into Ari. And we never use your data to train our model.

We'll be around all day. Ask us anything 🙏

Congrats on the launch! Is Ari running 24x7 agent that will keep track of all the "work around work"? Is there a criticality thing or a guardrail so that if something urgent is there than I know about it on time and without fail?

What type/size of team is Ariso best positioned to support? Small business or larger orgs with multiple departments? Also what’s the advantage of the Ari brain view (how does it change how you work)?

Can Ari be a a singular product focused assistant or is it, by nature, built to be an umbrella across an entire org?

Very cool product! I have used this for my business and find it very helpful

This looks super interesting, looking forward to testing it! Congrats on the launch!

The bar raiser framing is smart because it names the thing nobody wants to be, the person who nags. Question on "reporting progress": when Ari reports up, what does the artifact look like, a doc, a chat summary, or something a manager can drop straight into the Monday deck? I build a deck agent (AskDeck) so the "tracker to three exec slides" step is the part I think about, curious where you landed.

How does Ari's analysis regarding what is effective in terms of the group differ from the one made by the manager?
Btw, Congratulations @erkang @chihan_tung & team Ari by Ariso 🎊✌️

the idea of catching risks before they become bigger problems is so useful. congrats

The second brain approach is interesting, especially for teams juggling projects, meetings and customer work at the same time.

I like the focus on reducing the work about work. A lot of time gets lost just figuring out what needs attention next.

@maxheckel @erkang Can Ari handle teams with consistently changing priorities ?

A quiet support system that remembers the details sounds genuinely useful. Congrats @erkang

One thing I'm curious about is how Ari handles incomplete discussions. Teams rarely make decisions in a perfectly orchestrated meeting.

I found the following piece particularly useful. In fact, a major part of productivity lies in ensuring that small commitments do not simply slip away unnoticed.
