Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm the founder of ArcProof.
I spent ~20 years teaching in higher ed, and the same thing bugged me the whole time: people finish courses, collect certificates, and none of it actually proves they can do the work. A certificate confirms you showed up. It doesn't confirm you can apply anything, and in an AI-driven job market, "I completed the course" is getting weaker as a signal by the month.
So I built ArcProof to prove the other half. It scans your resume, shows you exactly which skills hold up and which to fix, and if you want, it issues an evidence-based credential on the open W3C Open Badge standard that any employer can verify independently. No completion certificates, no self-reported skills, no gameable quizzes.
The scan is free and needs no signup, so you can try it in ~60 seconds. I'd genuinely love feedback on two things: (1) does the skill-gap report tell you anything you didn't already know, and (2) if you hire, would an evidence-backed credential actually change how you'd screen someone?
